Following Bulldog Skincare's migration from Magento to Shopify, we saw an opportunity to unlock the full potential of their new platform. A thorough competitor audit helped us pinpoint the highest-impact improvements — ensuring Bulldog had everything they needed to compete and convert.

The Results

Not only did conversions increase by 61%, there was a huge uplift in sales of the products featured on the cart page. 

The Cedarwood & Tonka Bean shower gel has sold 236 units vs 77 units (+232%) in previous 4 weeks, and the Age Defence Moisturiser, sold 141 units vs 78 (+80%) in previous period.
