We’re a fast-growing, performance-driven eCommerce agency and Shopify Plus Partner, helping ambitious brands scale through smart, data-led strategies that focus on acquisition, conversion and retention. We’re now looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving measurable growth for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who is confident managing budgets, scaling high-performing campaigns, and turning performance data into meaningful insights and actions. You’ll be proactive, curious, and comfortable collaborating within a remote team in a fast-moving agency environment.

Main Responsibilities

This is a varied role, and while no two days are the same, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day performance across allocated Paid Search and Social accounts
  • Conducting daily campaign checks, including budget pacing and performance monitoring
  • Developing, implementing, and testing paid media strategies for assigned accounts
  • Ensuring campaigns follow best practice and stay aligned with the latest platform innovations
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Reporting on campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for growth
  • Contributing positively to the wider team culture and company initiatives

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a commercially experienced paid media professional with the following:

Essential

  • Experience in a client-facing role with confident, professional communication skills
  • Strong passion for Paid Media and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and platform developments
  • Solid experience in Paid Search and Social, particularly Google and Meta Ads
  • A proven track record of delivering strong performance results through Paid Media media while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Ability to travel occasionally to London and/or our Teddington office for team or client meetings

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands, particularly on Shopify
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio and other reporting or analytics tools
  • Google Ads (or Google Partner) certification
  • Meta certification
  • Experience using GA4
  • Knowledge of tracking and tagging, including Google Tag Manager (GTM)
