“Auto Add to Cart” Sample Functionality
We implemented EG Auto Add to Cart App to simplify the sampling process. This removed friction for users wanting to try before committing, directly supporting product confidence and purchase intent.
Streamlined Site Architecture & Filtering
We reorganised the site structure and optimised the filtering experience on collection pages, making it easier for users to find the products they’re looking for, faster.
Judge.Me Reviews Integration
To boost trust and help shoppers validate purchase decisions, we implemented Judge.Me Reviews and began collecting and displaying verified customer reviews sitewide.
Upselling via Delivery Notes
We added a custom image block on customer delivery notes, promoting specific products post-purchase: a low-effort upsell opportunity that targets engaged customers.
‘Quick Buy’ on PLPs
For returning or high-intent users, we introduced a Quick Buy feature on product listing pages, removing unnecessary steps from the buying journey.
Cart Upsells & Incentives
- In-cart Add-ons: We coded product upsells directly into the cart.
- Free Shipping Bar: Added a “£X to free shipping” prompt in the cart drawer to encourage customers to increase their basket size.
Best Seller Product Tagging
We added a custom-coded “Best Seller” badge to top-performing products, providing social validation and nudging buyer decision-making.
