34.7% Increase in Conversions with Cart Add-Ons
Bulldog Skincare increased conversions by 34.7% with some intuitive changes to their cart.
The Challenge
Bulldog Skincare’s website was recently migrated from Magento to Shopify, and with a shiny new website, they were keen to implement some improvements across the board.
We knew we needed to improve conversions, and noticed that there were certain features missing from the new website. We therefore conducted a competitor audit to ascertain which improvements would give Bulldog the best chance of competing.
The Solution
Our Onsite Experience Executive Raadhika implemented some high-converting elements on Bulldog’s website.
She decided upon adding more products for upselling, and also thought by implementing a progress bar, users would be more likely to hit the free delivery target as they can visually see how far off they are.
These changes were implemented by our Developers and the results monitored week on week since deployment.

Not only did conversions increase by 61%, there was a huge uplift in sales of the products featured on the cart page.
The Cedarwood & Tonka Bean shower gel has sold 236 units vs 77 units (+232%) in previous 4 weeks, and the Age Defence Moisturiser, sold 141 units vs 78 (+80%) in previous period
